3F LIVING X NEMO: DISPLAY BY DESIGN IN NYC
For this collaboration with Nemo Tile + Stone, 3F Living began with a single moment—a curated showroom vignette in NYC—and expanded it into three fully realized bathroom designs.
At the heart of each space is the Swirl Collection, used as a sculptural, material-driven element to introduce movement, texture, and rhythm. What began as a study in tile evolved into a layered exploration of immersive surfaces—where pattern, tone, and form work together to shape the overall experience.
This collaboration was brought to life alongside incredible partners:
Kallista, whose refined Guise® faucet design in brushed French gold add contrast and sophistication, and Kast Concrete Basins, whose wall-mounted Tilde sink in the color forest introduces a bold, sculptural focal point within the space.

Originally a dated sponsor unit, this space was completely transformed into a functional and stylish haven, perfect for both family living and entertaining. Lindsay Joyce, Founder and Head of Interior Design at 3F Living, guides you through the space, highlighting the key design elements that make this home so special.
3F LIVING X KALLISTA: IN THE MOOD FOR AILERON
At 3F Living, we stepped into the world of Aileron to shape a narrative of our own. Our focus settled on a wall-mounted faucet in romantic Blush Brass, where knurled detailing meets softened curvature. From there, the mood board unfolded in tonal layers—deep maroon tile, expansive marble, amber glass, and sculpted wood—each element amplifying the finish’s quiet glow. The result evokes a New York townhouse at golden hour: architectural, intimate, and thoughtfully curated.
