Find an apartment, Fix It up, and Furnish it the way you want. This is what we do.

This client required a full, 3F Living Interiors on Demand service; from Finding the perfect rental, to Fixing up the existing interior architecture and Furnishing out the entire space, all within three weeks. The client and his family wanted a secondary retreat in Manhattan for weekends in the city, but also desired to maintain the luxury and comfort of their suburban home. This two bedroom apartment offers just that.

The central living area is a great gathering space, made comfortable with the plush, tufted sectional sofa. Hanging above the sofa is a large-scale mirror that reflects the existing window of the building, acting as a window in itself and helping to open up the environment.

The light wall color and trim selection is reflective of the cozy and intimate setting of a family living room. Set amongst the shades of gray and light beiges and whites, is the dining area that is hit with a pop of red color in the artwork and table scape alike. This chromatic punch is the perfect accent to bring an added spark to the space.

The fully upholstered bedframe makes the bedroom a soft and inviting city sanctuary. Pin stripe linens lay in folds over the frame in clean detail. Thanks to the incorporation of 3F Living’s Design and tradesman secrets, the furniture arrived, the dinner table was set and the beds were made for their first night in the city… right on schedule.
